Certain stones are more delicate than others therefore caroline advises that you always take off your jewellery when showering, exercising etc.
To ensure that your items are well looked after you should regularly check for movement in any gemstone or diamond set jewellery. Caroline is not responsible for the loss or damage to any stones once items are with their owners, she is however more than happy to reset any items if there is movement. If you have the misfortune of losing a stone then you will be charged for its replacement.
Caroline advises that all items are taken off at the end of the day and stored in their original jewellery box.
All bespoke orders are non refundable. All other jewellery except earrings and rings can be returned within 14 days for a credit note.
